Rennu Dhillon

Rennu, (known as Miss Rennu) founded Genius Kids in 2001 and The Lil’ Genius Kid Franchise in 2011. With over 25 years’ experience in sales, marketing, education & developing award winning curriculums, Rennu serves as a mentor for many nonprofit women and children organizations, is a professional emcee, TV Host & an invited speaker to several events globally.

She is the host of a weekly radio show aired on KLOK 1170AM “Genius Kids On Air", where she encourages children to speak out, developing confidence and the ability to Think, Lead and Communicate. Her show also educates the public on issues affecting women and children. Visit www.winwithwords.info.

Dhillon was recently selected from thousands of businesses by Time Warner and CNNmoney.com to be featured on a national campaign by Cadillac, “Business Unusual,” showcasing entrepreneurs who have dared to dream. She has also been featured on Women Now TV, KRON 4 Best of the Bay & Andaaz (SONY TV Asia) worldwide. In 2015 Genius Kids was selected by TV 5 Monde on a global documentary featuring 26 Unique Schools in the World.

As the Founder & CEO of Genius Kids Development Inc., she is responsible for the development, training & implementation of the in-house curriculum. She has developed numerous learning sites and mobile applications for children & families to access excellent learning programs. She oversees the centers and franchises, maintaining community relations, continued leadership and overall quality assurance. She lives by the belief that “Anything is Possible”

Dhillon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Aston University, Birmingham, United Kingdom; a Doctorate in Natural Sciences from the Clayton School of Healing, Alabama, and several certifications in Dyslexia, Learning Disabilities, Behavioral Issues & Autism. She has been recognized local, nationally & globally with several prestigious awards & featured in publications, radio & television as an expert in early education. She is a well know professional emcee, radio host and producer of several local, national and global events and competitions.

Shana Dhillon

Vice President, Genius Kids Development Inc.

Shana has grown with up Genius Kids. From the age of 14, she has been actively involved in the development of Genius Kids. Daughter of the founder Rennu Dhillon, Shana officially joined Genius Kids Development Inc. as a Part Time Instructor while completing high school & college. Being born & raised in the Bay Area, Shana understands the education system in California well. After graduating from Saint Mary’s College, Moraga, California, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Religious Studies, she ventured as Director of Operations and Vice President, managing all of the corporate centers.
A quick learner, with a passion for developing leaders of tomorrow, Shana is an avid public speaker who has represented Saint Mary's College in several speech and debate tournaments nationally. She has successfully completed Early Childhood Education units and plans to pursue a Master’s in Education. Shana oversees the centers, manages the enrollments of students, daily operations and customer relations. Her vision is to take Genius Kids to the next level by creating an educational environment where every child can thrive and learn. Fondly known as “Shana Didi” which means big sister, students love her smile and energy and cannot wait to see their Shana Didi visit their classrooms. Shana has won several competitions including Miss Asian California 2005 and 4th runner up Miss Asia USA 2005.
